Valerie Bryan

Team Bryan Wellness' Co-Owner

Val Bryan is co-owner of Team Bryan Wellness and has a thriving Austin-based CPR training business.

I have been teaching CPR for over 18 years and it is the LAST thing I thought I would be doing! I have taken countless CPR classes from the time I was a Lifeguard in College till the time I started working at a hospital. Yet I never truly felt confident in my CPR skills. After I was “drafted” to become a CPR instructor -while working at a hospital, I had a realization (a light bulb moment while teaching) that CPR is NOT complicated and can be so much fun to learn! I have been known to play music, jump up and down, and sing in class, helping my students to engage and enjoy learning life-saving skills!

If you’re interested in CPR for the lay-person or for Health Care Providers (BLS), check out her website CPRval.com or email ValBryan217@gmail.com

Brandon Isaac George (B.I.G)

Certified Personal Trainer
Brandon is NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. His diverse experience in fitness coaching ranges from leading U.S. Army soldiers through physical training to coaching small-group strength training sessions and martial arts instruction. Brandon loves to help people get STRONG and move better. He believes that strength is the foundation for both performance and longevity. Brandon takes true satisfaction in seeing his clients succeed. For him, few things are more rewarding than helping others discover their potential. He finds real joy in watching people push their limits and surprise themselves with what their bodies can achieve.
I’ve worked out for 25 years straight consistently four or five times a week. And while I’ve maintained good strength, what happens over that period of time is you lose purpose motivation and the rationale to continue to push yourself and you’ll find yourself in sort of a maintenance mode As a busy executive running numerous companies, my time to work out is often limited and it’s easy to be distracted during my workouts by phone email text messages and other continuous interactions running work and then of course balancing limited time with family. Since I’ve started working out with Barton, he’s helped me add one or two really excellent workouts each week that push me and remind me of the difference between just maintaining and truly pushing ourselves to become the best we can be in the gym and in life.
