Ali Figoski
Certified Personal Trainer Specializing in Women’s Health and LongevityÂ
I am an accomplished triathlete and endurance runner, having completed nine marathons, including the New York City Marathon in 2011 and 2022, the Rim to Rim 26-mile run, as well as several ultra races, including the 50K Rim to Rim to Rim Pass in the Grand Canyon.
Through personal experiences with injuries, including spending time in a wheelchair and learning to walk again, I have developed a deep understanding of the body. This knowledge has been invaluable when working with clients recovering from hip and knee replacements and other injuries. Over my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from elite triathletes to older adults.
Growing up as a swimmer and gymnast, movement has always been a key component of my life. I started going to the gym at the age of 14 when I decided that school PE wasn’t enough for me.
I was fortunate to be mentored by an amazing fitness instructor who remains my guide to this day. Additionally, an elite Ironman athlete sparked my interest in cycling by taking me on my first bike ride. I was hooked and began racing triathlons at the age of 16.
When I'm not working with clients or training myself, I dedicate my time to dog rescue. I coordinate fosters, raise funds, and find forever homes for puppies and dogs.
My 25-year career as a personal trainer has been incredibly rewarding. Helping my clients create positive changes in their lives and instilling the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle is my passion. I strive to make a positive difference in my clients' lives every day, empowering them with the knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue their fitness journey independently, all within a fun, enjoyable, and caring environment.Â
It would be a privilege and an honor to work with you on your personal fitness journey.
